What you will do

  • Own and manage hirify.global’s global organic social strategy across all channels.
  • Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned to brand priorities, campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Lead hirify.global’s employee advocacy program, including content planning, enablement, and optimization.
  • Oversee the creation and production of social-first creative assets, including video, motion, and graphics.
  • Manage content calendars, production timelines, and publishing workflows to ensure flawless execution.
  • Localize global campaigns for social, partnering closely with regional teams to maximize resonance in each market.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in social media.
  • Proven experience leading social strategy for a global brand, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Strong background in multi-channel content production (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X).
  • Demonstrated success using data and insights to grow reach, engagement, and influence.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with social management, analytics, and AI-powered creative tools.
