What you will do
- Own and manage hirify.global’s global organic social strategy across all channels.
- Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned to brand priorities, campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Lead hirify.global’s employee advocacy program, including content planning, enablement, and optimization.
- Oversee the creation and production of social-first creative assets, including video, motion, and graphics.
- Manage content calendars, production timelines, and publishing workflows to ensure flawless execution.
- Localize global campaigns for social, partnering closely with regional teams to maximize resonance in each market.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in social media.
- Proven experience leading social strategy for a global brand, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Strong background in multi-channel content production (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X).
- Demonstrated success using data and insights to grow reach, engagement, and influence.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with social management, analytics, and AI-powered creative tools.
