TL;DR

What you will do

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, coordinating teams to plan and develop roadmaps.
  • Manage hirify.global Customer Capex budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and forecasting.
  • Optimise team structures and manage the performance, career development, and progression of Programme Managers, Agile Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.
  • Champion Agile principles to build collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Translate high-level business proposals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Act as the primary contact for procurement and vendor teams, managing relationships and ensuring strong performance.

Requirements

  • Proven success in managing programmes and leading delivery across multiple, potentially globally distributed teams.
  • Experience managing programme budgets, monitoring expenditure, and forecasting costs, alongside resource management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Proficient in using Agile metrics such as velocity and cycle time to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
