What you will do

• Lead new hirify.global customer implementations, managing project plans and project resources.
• Ensure effective deployment, change management, and adoption programs for clients.
• Build in-depth product knowledge and apply hirify.global best practices to enterprise implementations.
• Oversee the customer’s initial adoption, training, and development of best practices.
• Troubleshoot and triage customer issues during implementation.
• Partner with Sales and CSMs to identify growth and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting or client-facing experience (ideally in Implementation, Professional Services, CSM, or Product).
• Proven experience leading complex projects, preferably enterprise-scale or multi-stakeholder.
• Background in SaaS or digital platforms, with an understanding of rollout and delivery cycles.
• Consultative mindset: comfortable asking the right questions and guiding customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including managing expectations.
• Customer-centric working style, motivated by helping customers succeed.
