What you will do

• Define sub-area vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, insights, and (Gen)AI solutions.
• Accelerate value realization through improved adoption and integration of actionable insights.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the lending value chain.
• Lead the transition of the on-premise information factory to a scalable, cloud-based environment.
• Manage stakeholder alignment for cross-area dependencies.
• Lead a team of 14 fte, including data scientists, data analysts, and product managers data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with data in a banking or financial services environment, including data insights, AI-driven solutions, and analytics.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in data & analytics, with proven accountability for delivery and people performance.
• Customer-centric mindset and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to foster collaboration and create strong connections across teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, at a professional business level.
• Academic level working and thinking ability.
