What you will do
- Define sub-area vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, insights, and (Gen)AI solutions.
- Accelerate value realization through improved adoption and integration of actionable insights.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the lending value chain.
- Lead the transition of the on-premise information factory to a scalable, cloud-based environment.
- Manage stakeholder alignment for cross-area dependencies.
- Lead a team of 14 fte, including data scientists, data analysts, and product managers data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with data in a banking or financial services environment, including data insights, AI-driven solutions, and analytics.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in data & analytics, with proven accountability for delivery and people performance.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to foster collaboration and create strong connections across teams.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, at a professional business level.
- Academic level working and thinking ability.
