Location: Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

hirify.global’s Investor Relations team operates within the Operations and Investment Product Management department, focusing on supporting clients and fund sponsors on its technology platform.

What you will do

• Guide financial advisors and high-net-worth investors through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate subscription and AML documents.
• Deliver white-glove service by providing responsive, high-touch support throughout the onboarding process on the hirify.global platform.
• Communicate effectively with advisors, investors, and internal partners, translating complex requirements into clear guidance.
• Proactively identify and resolve onboarding obstacles, including incomplete documentation or platform-related questions.
• Liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely client messaging.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client service or investor relations role in alternative investments.
• Fluency in English is required, written and verbal.
• Strong Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Able to meet hard deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications.
