What you will do
- Architect and drive integration with SAP Cloud Identity Services.
- Design and implement Identity Provisioning and lifecycle management via SCIM 2.0 APIs.
- Drive adoption of SAP integration standards for authentication, authorization, and user provisioning.
- Implement seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) using OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Drive architectural decisions for platform services at global scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in platform services (authentication, authorization, user provisioning, tenant management).
- Proven track record of technical leadership and driving technology initiatives in microservice architectures.
- Strong proficiency with Java/Kotlin for building and operating scalable backend services.
- Expert knowledge of secure, standards-compliant identity and access management.
- Production-focused mindset including observability, CI/CD, testing, reliability, and performance optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services or KeyCloak.
- Hands-on experience with Identity Provisioning and SCIM standards.
- Experience with authorization concepts and technologies in microservice architectures (e.g., OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC, policy engines).
