What you will do

• Own end-to-end responsibility for key metrics, driving product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead a dedicated cross-functional squad (data, design, engineering, clinical) for rapid ideation and iteration.
• Utilize AI as a foundational element to reinvent how members access care.
• Drive rapid, data-informed trade-off decisions, balancing speed with quality and impact.
• Champion a member-first perspective, ensuring cohesive experiences.
• Ship fast, experiment constantly, and communicate progress and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in product management of consumer-facing digital products.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Sword directly manage Engineering, Design, and Data).
• Ability to discuss deep technical topics with engineering teams.
• Strong bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Relentless focus on metrics and results (KPIs like activation, engagement, retention).
• Practical understanding of how AI tools can accelerate product development.
• Strong analytical mindset for data-informed decisions.
• Must have a legal right to work within Europe. If in Portugal, must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
