Requirements
- Experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong curiosity to investigate issues and empathy to build positive customer experiences.
- Ability to multi-task across different tools and platforms.
- Willingness to work with multiple teams in an international and multilingual environment.
