What you will do

• Take ownership of key features and projects, from concept to execution and iteration.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories, aligning with UI/UX design.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer support) to ship high-quality products.
• Analyze data to understand user behavior, product performance, and identify improvements.
• Manage project timelines, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive projects to completion.
• Gather and prioritize needs from internal and external sources to meet business goals.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Execution-oriented self-starter, taking full ownership from start to finish.
• Collaborative "people person" with a low ego, skilled in building positive team relationships.
• Technical savvy, able to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical tradeoffs.
• Data-driven analytical thinker, capable of interpreting data to guide decisions.
• User-focused and an organized project leader, defining goals and driving projects to completion.
