What you will do
- Turn leads into customers by owning the pitch, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Generate new pitches by collaborating with growth engineers.
- Represent hirify.global at fairs, webinars, and other events.
- Drive growth in the DACH market for parcel claiming solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent command of German (C2 level or equivalent).
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Self-starter mindset with the drive to build, grow, and make an impact.
