What you will do

• Design and implement targeted marketing plans for Vietnam, tailored to local customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure marketing initiatives contribute directly to commercial goals, including lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Partner with product, design, and marketing ops to improve the client onboarding journey.
• Act as the marketing lead for the region, working closely with internal teams across Product, Payments, Compliance, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Provide recommendations and updates to leadership and internal teams, sharing market insights and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a regional or digital marketing role focused on Vietnam.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools across acquisition, CRM, and funnel optimization.
• Commercial mindset, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact through marketing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align diverse teams behind shared regional goals.
• Analytical approach with experience using data and insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is essential.

Nice to have

• Qualification (BA degree or equivalent professional experience).
