What you will do
- Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound contact to close.
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop tailored solutions that meet prospects’ needs.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities efficiently.
- Understand the competitive landscape to best position hirify.global in the market.
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing or closing customers, restaurant operations, or a relatable field and industry.
- Must be based in Belgium for daily fieldwork in your assigned territory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
- General technical proficiency with software.

- Experience with self-sourcing clients.
