What you will do

• Develop complex features and modules using Next.js for frontend and Node.js for backend.
• Enforce best practices in coding, testing, caching, and performance monitoring.
• Design and implement comprehensive security measures across application, infrastructure, and data.
• Collaborate with product to integrate analytics systems and conduct A/B tests.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of active, commercial experience with Next.js (v14.x/v15.x).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks (NestJS, Fastify, Hono).
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or Supabase, including query optimization.
• In-depth, practical knowledge of Prisma or Drizzle ORM.
• Profound understanding and application of caching strategies (e.g., Redis).
• Full proficiency with Docker for containerized applications.
• Understanding and practical application of background workers and message queues.
• Proven experience in building secure systems (OWASP Top 10, CSP, CORS).
• Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• A strong product mindset to translate business objectives into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with monorepo tools (e.g., Turborepo, Nx).
• Experience writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
