What you will do

• Lead requirements discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation.
• Create models and analysis using UML, workflows, and data diagrams.
• Support solution design and ensure requirements are understood across teams.
• Facilitate communication between business users, architects, and developers.
• Contribute to impact assessments and change discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• English at B2-C1 level.
• Mandatory certification: Must hold at least one of CBAP, Agile BA Practitioner, ECBA, CPRE, OMG Certified UML Professional (Advanced Level or Foundation + PRINCE2 Practitioner), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and modeling techniques (UML, workflows, data diagrams).
• Solid communication abilities, structured, problem-solving mindset, and experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
