TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Data Solutions & Measurement (AdTech): Managing and executing digital advertising effectiveness research projects and serving as a consultative resource for customers to enhance their overall experience. Focus on compiling and analyzing data from various sources, understanding product changes, and implementing solutions to achieve client measurement goals.

Location: Remote (US Only)

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, plus $3,000–$6,000 annual commission.

What you will do

  • Support clients with clear communication on brand lift methodology and measurement product features.
  • Train customers in the advertising and media industries on hirify.global’s proprietary cross-platform campaign measurement software.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address customer challenges and drive product improvements.
  • Compile and analyze data from various sources including hirify.global proprietary software, Excel, Qualtrics, and Salesforce.
  • Expertly execute sampling strategies for research projects using hirify.global’s measurement products and internal software.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years work experience in project management, customer success, account management, or client services.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex or technical information simply and directly.
  • Comfort with phone or teleconferencing client interactions (Zoom, Teams).
  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas like Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated mindset, and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the digital media ecosystem and campaign execution.
  • Experience in advertising operations, advertising technology, and market research technology industries.
  • Survey design and programming experience in Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, or Alchemer.
  • Microsoft Excel certification.
  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts and methodology.
