What you will do
- Support clients with clear communication on brand lift methodology and measurement product features.
- Train customers in the advertising and media industries on hirify.global’s proprietary cross-platform campaign measurement software.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address customer challenges and drive product improvements.
- Compile and analyze data from various sources including hirify.global proprietary software, Excel, Qualtrics, and Salesforce.
- Expertly execute sampling strategies for research projects using hirify.global’s measurement products and internal software.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years work experience in project management, customer success, account management, or client services.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex or technical information simply and directly.
- Comfort with phone or teleconferencing client interactions (Zoom, Teams).
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas like Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated mindset, and detail-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the digital media ecosystem and campaign execution.
- Experience in advertising operations, advertising technology, and market research technology industries.
- Survey design and programming experience in Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, or Alchemer.
- Microsoft Excel certification.
- Working knowledge of statistical concepts and methodology.
