What you will do
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across all direct channels (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging).
- Personalize patient communications for specific cohorts and journey stages using data and insights.
- Leverage high-quality content to create impactful messaging related to nutrition, weight loss, and health.
- Design innovative campaigns, including automated onboarding flows, retention touchpoints, and reactivation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals.
- Continuously test, optimize, and report on key engagement and retention metrics.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze) and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Mixpanel, Metabase).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in running A/B tests and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Strong written communication skills for creating engaging and empathetic content.
- Passion for patient experience and problem-solving, with a demonstrated interest in health and wellness.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, attending the Old Street office in London, UK, 3 days a week.
