What you will do

• Own and evolve the backend for a high throughput moderation platform
• Design async pipelines and workflow systems
• Handle large media volumes and multi tenant workloads
• Run AI and ML inference pipelines at scale with a focus on cost and reliability
• Ship iteratively while keeping long term quality in mind
• Operate with high standards in testing, reliability, and observability

Requirements

• Exceptional backend engineering experience (10+ years) delivering web-based production systems at scale
• Confident working across the backend stack (Python, AWS, Postgres, Kubernetes, and Temporal)
• Experience with cloud environments, distributed systems, queues, async processing, and monitoring

Nice to have

• Basic experience with DevOps work
