What you will do

• Maintain a central requirement intake and backlog for platform requests across all businesses.
• Plan sprints, define milestones, track progress, and ensure work completion within agreed timelines.
• Facilitate internal cross-team coordination across DevSecOps, SRE, Cloud/Infrastructure, Security, and vendors.
• Prepare delivery dashboards, weekly progress reports, and management updates.
• Track license usage, renewals, and budget allocations related to platform tools.
• Work with leadership on resource planning, capacity forecasting, and new hiring requests.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience.
• Understanding of cloud hosting models, basic CI/CD flows, and infrastructure provisioning lifecycle.
• Familiarity with monitoring readiness, environment readiness, and release readiness.
• Knowledge of platform team activities such as pipeline creation, access management, and license management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira sprint planning, boards, dashboards, epics, and stories.
• Works effectively within agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives).

Nice to have

• Exposure to no-code / AI-assisted productivity for documentation or reporting (Jira AI preferred).
