TL;DR
Senior/Lead Content Designer (Quick Commerce): Building and optimizing user-centered content strategy and copy for quick commerce non-food offerings with an accent on establishing foundational content design guidelines and processes. Focus on driving exceptional product user experience and high business impact across multiple products and global markets.
Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, requiring 2 days a week in the office. Relocation support to Berlin is provided.

What you will do
- Write clear, intuitive, user-centered copy across multiple products, shaping key metrics and ensuring a cohesive narrative.
- Build scalable content frameworks (voice & tone, patterns, guidelines) and establish content design as a valued discipline.
- Partner with Product Design, UX Research, Product Management, and Localization for early content integration and effective translation into 20+ languages.
- Operate with high autonomy, managing multiple fast-moving work streams, prioritizing, and balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.
- Drive progress through ambiguity, making confident independent decisions, educating cross-functional partners, and advocating for content design.
- Build processes and systems from the ground up, inspiring creativity and contributing to design excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, content design, or information architecture within digital product companies.
- 4+ years designing B2B or consumer-facing mobile and desktop experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Expertise in designing multi-language, multi-market products, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Proficiency with product and content design tools (e.g., Figma) and ability to translate research into measurable content impact (2–3 case studies required).
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce or high-growth environments, solving ambiguous B2B or internal customer-focused problems.
- Technical experience or familiarity with working closely within tech teams, including design systems or content design systems.
- Multilingual communication skills, experience with localization, and familiarity with performance metrics or AI tools.
