What you will do

• Translate the company business strategy into technological capabilities.
• Advise on utilization of technology for specific regional demands.
• Determine which parts of the value chain need localization versus centralization.
• Initiate and lead IT/Tech organizational transformation to establish a multi-national structure.
• Provide advice on utilization of the technology for specific regional demands.

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics or management with relevant working experience.
• Experience in roles such as Head of IT or Head of Core Systems.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Kraken etc.
• Strategic thinking on different levels.
• Problem-solving and innovation mindset.
• Autonomy & accountability and high-level technology expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
