What you will do

• Lead architecture discussions for Core Platforms (CRM, Billing) for the Energy Retail Segment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for Core environments.
• Guide and support project teams throughout design, development, and implementation.
• Ensure solutions align with E.ON’s business goals, compliance, and security standards.
• Foster collaboration between IT and business units to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in SAP, Salesforce, or Kraken platforms.
• Strong understanding of Energy Retail business processes and mapping them to technology solutions.
• Experience in integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies connecting SAP and Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English skills required (German skills are a plus).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Essen, Munich, Hamburg, or Hannover, Germany.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of energy sector business processes.
• Relevant certifications in SAP, Salesforce, or solution architecture.
