Salary: $200,000–$300,000

What you will do

• Serve as a go-to cross-functional legal partner for music, talent, entertainment, consumer, and procurement partnership teams.
• Structure, negotiate, and close a wide range of commercial agreements, including music, talent, research, policy, product, procurement, and compute infrastructure partnerships.
• Build commercial legal infrastructure, from contract templates to strategic playbooks, to accelerate commercial momentum.
• Leverage experience as a seasoned deal lawyer to drive commercial advantage and inform business decisions.

Requirements

• JD and active US state bar membership required.
• At least 8+ years of experience, with preferred in-house and music or entertainment experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business and technical teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences.
• Hands-on attitude to tackle projects large and small, with a low-ego approach.
• Positive collaborative attitude, comfort with change and a fast pace, high level of integrity, and intellectual curiosity.

• Requires working on site in Los Angeles or New York offices.
