What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve large-scale, distributed backend systems for data and AI products.
• Own services end-to-end, from architecture and design to production and monitoring.
• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability using data and metrics.
• Build infrastructure and data pipelines supporting machine learning, analytics, and real-time use cases.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Analytics to translate complex data into impactful features.
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, design discussions, and technical mentorship.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally in high-scale B2B SaaS or data-driven products.
• Proven experience building production-grade distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more of: Python, Java, Go, Node.js, .NET.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals including system design, data structures, APIs, testing, and observability.
• Hands-on experience working with data-intensive systems.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
