What you will do
- Develop, execute, and maintain territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quota.
- Manage new business acquisition, customer expansion, and renewal sales motions.
- Build robust sales pipelines utilizing various sourcing funnels including outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound.
- Leverage deep technical understanding of hirify.global solutions to drive consultative sales and craft compelling value propositions.
- Accurately forecast and manage sales processes, including driving next step expectations and contract negotiations.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion of hirify.global's platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience selling B2B SaaS.
- Track record of beating annual targets of $1M+ and successfully managing complex six-figure deals.
- Experienced in multithreading into the C-suite and across an organization to manage complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in sales and system tools like SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, and MSFT suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
