Salary: $100,000–$165,000 base salary plus $50,000+ equity.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end content strategy and editorial direction.
- Transform complex accounting and finance topics into compelling content across various mediums (SEO/blog, social, video).
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and growth goals.
- Create in-depth content including blogs, guides, ebooks, white papers, and case studies.
- Represent hirify.global on camera across different video formats for social and website channels.
- Track performance and continuously improve content based on results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in owning B2B or B2C SaaS content marketing strategy end-to-end.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across short-form and long-form content, including video.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy.
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with gated content, lead generation, and lifecycle content.

- Experience in fintech, accounting, finance, or developer tools.
