Lead Integration Support Engineer (webMethods & ControlM)

What you will do

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues within webMethods IS, Broker, UM, MWS, and BPMS.
• Handle deployment activities, including package migrations, configuration updates, and hotfixes.
• Manage ControlM for job failures, configurations, and agent upgrades.
• Support API Gateway and MFT platforms, including AWS components and Terraform scripts.
• Perform application and interface support, including server restarts and SOX audit work.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs, and provide RCA.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience with webMethods.
• 2+ years of experience with ControlM Application, webMethods API Gateway, and MFT platform.
• Good understanding of BPMS, Unix servers, shell scripts, and Relational Databases.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments, basic shell scripting, and SQL.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DataStage.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of AWS (EC2, Elastic search).
• EDI knowledge and understanding of order-to-cash flow.
