TL;DR

Account Executive (AI Cybersecurity): Responsible for prospecting and closing new opportunities within an assigned territory, with an accent on market research, lead generation, and building relationships with key decision-makers. Focus on achieving quarterly revenue targets by acquiring new accounts and articulating hirify.global's unique value proposition.

Location: This position will be hybrid. Three days out of our Arlington, VA office. Remote options are available for candidates based in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC.

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach, networking, and engagement.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the cybersecurity and technology space.
  • Act as the liaison between hirify.global and potential clients, articulating the unique value proposition of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities using CRM.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts within your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • At least two years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software.
  • Past success selling into highly regulated markets, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Experience closing six-figure and seven-figure deals.
  • Clear, working sales methodology and passion for hunting new business.
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
