TL;DR
Account Executive (AI Cybersecurity): Responsible for prospecting and closing new opportunities within an assigned territory, with an accent on market research, lead generation, and building relationships with key decision-makers. Location: This position will be hybrid. Three days out of our Arlington, VA office. Remote options are available for candidates based in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC.

What you will do
- Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach, networking, and engagement.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the cybersecurity and technology space.
- Act as the liaison between hirify.global and potential clients, articulating the unique value proposition of solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities using CRM.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts within your assigned territory.
Requirements
- At least two years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software.
- Past success selling into highly regulated markets, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Experience closing six-figure and seven-figure deals.
- Clear, working sales methodology and passion for hunting new business.
- Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Proficiency in sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
