TL;DR

VP, Sales (AI Search): Leading and scaling sales efforts across the AMER region for a market-leading AI Search platform with an accent on defining and executing go-to-market strategy, building high-performing sales teams, and driving exponential revenue growth. Focus on optimizing sales processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and developing strategic growth initiatives for SMB through to Strategic accounts.

Location: Remote (United States only)

Salary: $444,000–$630,000 USD (On-Target Earnings Pay Range)

What you will do

  • Oversee all sales activities across the AMER region, driving growth and expanding market share.
  • Define and own the sales strategy for the AMER region, executing plans to capture new business and increase customer retention.
  • Establish and refine repeatable, predictable, and scalable sales processes to accelerate regional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to maximize sales initiatives.
  • Lead the forecasting process for the region, ensuring predictable and consistent sales achievement.
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for AMER, identifying expansion opportunities and evaluating new market trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, including second-line leadership, with a strong background in managing complex enterprise software sales in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams across multiple customer segments (SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise).
  • Deep knowledge and experience in driving sales success across key AMER markets, including LATAM & APAC regions.
  • Strong track record in managing and growing both direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of the customer journey, from initial engagement through to long-term retention.
  • Willingness to travel at minimum 1x/quarter but up to 1x/month pending customer or prospect requirements.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with eCommerce, search, developer platforms (Snowflake, MongoDB, Stripe), and subscription/usage-based pricing models.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven sales metrics and technology.
  • Experience leading and building resilient, agile teams with a focus on talent development.
