What you will do
- Operate Partner Marketing as a primary demand generation channel, driving measurable growth in Partner Sourced and Partner Influenced pipeline.
- Own the global marketing strategy across all partnership tiers (GSIs, RSIs, Tech Partnerships, Strategic Alliances).
- Lead the Customer Advocacy function, maintaining a robust "Customer Stories Engine" and providing strategic direction for executive speaker engagements.
- Coordinate partner messaging and integrate partner motions into broader Global Demand Gen campaigns.
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing Partner Marketing team.
- Manage the global partner marketing budget and MDF with precision, ensuring 100% budget accuracy and project management rigor.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in B2B Marketing, with specific expertise in Partner Marketing and Demand Generation.
- Proven experience building Customer Advocacy programs, including sourcing case studies and managing executive-level customer relationships.
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce partner ecosystem (GSIs, SIs, ISVs) is mandatory.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to differentiate between Sourced and Influenced revenue.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Pardot).
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Asana).
