TL;DR
Director of Sales (AI-powered Data Intelligence): Leading and developing a sales team to deliver revenue targets in the ASEAN region with an accent on executive relationship building, pipeline generation, and market expansion. Focus on driving individual performance, executing regional sales plans, and identifying new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
Location: Onsite in Singapore. Candidate must be authorised to work in Singapore.

What you will do
- Own and deliver revenue targets for a defined territory in Asia through effective team leadership.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, providing deal guidance and oversight.
- Execute the business plan, with an emphasis on developing and maintaining strong executive-level business relationships.
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities as well as opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to increase pipeline coverage and win rates.
- Partner closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to support regional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in data, analytics, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Asian market and enterprise buying processes.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and deal management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).

- Additional Asian languages are a plus.
