What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle within the 1-4 physician specialty market segment.
- Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Conduct qualification and discovery to assess prospective client needs.
- Deliver impactful virtual and in-person product demonstrations to physicians, administrators, and staff.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track actions, and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes.
- Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetings.
