Location: Remote (US only)

Salary: $164,300–$297,000 USD (based on US location zone)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute partnership strategy to expand hirify.global’s global advertising ecosystem.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring partnerships drive mutual value.
  • Build business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic fit and revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to operationalize commercial partnerships.
  • Enable go-to-market success by partnering with Sales and Marketing.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to quantify partnership impact on revenue and engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, or commerce media, with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and operationalizing partnerships for media or technology companies.
  • Deep knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, including data, attribution, measurement, and programmatic technologies.
  • Experience launching and scaling media or commerce networks across retail, e-commerce, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong ability to build and communicate business cases that balance strategic alignment and financial outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.
