What you will do
- Develop clear product and persona-based messaging for collateral and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on high-impact feature launches and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Build buyer personas, tailor content for conversion, and conduct competitive analysis.
- Design training programs, sales assets, and enablement materials for GTM teams.
- Develop materials to support and accelerate customer growth and investment in hirify.global’s products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- At least 3+ years partnering cross-functionally to drive product awareness, demand, and usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex topics into customer-centric frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to make things happen quickly and efficiently with strong prioritization skills.
- Keen intellect and inquisitive nature driving innovative, creative thinking and a growth mindset.
Nice to have
- AI SaaS or fintech experience preferred.
- Experience with AI tools, Sigma, Marketo, Asana, and Salesforce.
