Salary: $130,000–$170,000 base salary + 0.5%–1.5% equity

What you will do

• Take charge of our stack (React/TypeScript, Next.js, Node/Python) ensuring speed and quality.
• Ship high-quality features quickly, iterating based on customer needs and feedback.
• Build and optimize the AI systems that power our core product automation.
• Influence the product roadmap and technical architecture as we scale.
• Help define the tools, processes, and values of our engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping full-stack products from the ground up.
• Strong product intuition and genuine care about the user experience.
• Highly confident in SQL and modern web frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, learn quickly, and take initiative.
• Mission-driven to build tangible tools that improve real-world connections.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI/LLM tools in a production environment.
• A strong eye for UI/UX design.
• Previous "zero-to-one" startup experience.
