TL;DR

Director, B2B Communications (Traveltech): Leading global B2B internal and external communications for hirify.global for Business offerings with an accent on shaping stories for travel partners and clients. Focus on building thought leadership platforms, driving media relations, and supporting event participation for K4B leaders.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (commuting to the office three times a week)

What you will do

  • Create and lead global and regional B2B communications programs.
  • Build awareness around B2B offerings by shaping stories that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Create and lead external thought leadership platforms, including content strategy for LinkedIn.
  • Drive K4B media relations, pitching and developing strong media relationships globally.
  • Support events, conferences, and speaking opportunities for K4B leaders.
  • Maintain internal communications to keep the team engaged and informed about K4B efforts.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a relevant area of study.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Communications with a proven track record.
  • Experience in building Comms programs in the US and EMEA markets.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to navigate multiple global stakeholders.
  • English: B2 required (CV submission in English is mandatory).

  • Tech/travel industry experience.
  • U.S. public company experience.
