Implementation Analyst I

TL;DR

Implementation Analyst I (Client On-Boarding): Providing frontline support in new partner implementation, ensuring functionality meets requirements with an accent on project requirements, system configuration, and data analysis. Focus on resolving discrepancies, providing recommendations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the long-term support team.

Location: Primarily remote within the United States. However, candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to one of our office locations, as occasional on-site presence may be required for team meetings, training sessions, or company events.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

What you will do

• Ensure partner success by driving project requirements, dates, and supporting new business opportunities.
• Consult with partners to create specialized system configurations for processing and proactively offer guidance on product/service functionality.
• Advise partners and take actions to resolve discrepancies, mentor lower-level analysts, and provide SME guidance.
• Coordinate and document BETA requirements to verify relationships and integrations are ready for general use.
• Provide preliminary partner education on system functionality, including gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and testing.
• Monitor and provide functional education for a smooth transition to the long-term support team.

Requirements

• Global Payments systems or industry related experience strongly preferred, ideally minimum 3 Years Related Experience
• Experience in either Partner onboarding implementations or project management related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience or Degree in: Major in Business or Computer Science preferred, other majors considered. Willing to accept additional experience in lieu of a degree, TSYS systems or industry related experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Ability to manage priorities in a matrix managed environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.
