Revenue Operations Manager

TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager: Driving commercial performance by identifying and implementing commercial opportunities, streamlining operations, generating actionable insights, and building scalable reporting infrastructure. Focus on maximising leverage from CRM systems, automating processes and utilising AI to unlock insights.

Location: Hybrid working with encouraged time in offices in Leicestershire or London. Not able to offer fully remote working

What you will do

• Manage sales performance and reporting, ensuring tracking, and spotting opportunities early.
• Optimize internal reporting structures and workflows to improve transparency and support faster decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers to maximize automation and value from the new CRM system.
• Build and iterate dashboards, models, and scorecards for performance data and insights.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and partnerships teams to evaluate campaign performance and support tactical optimization.
• Own ad hoc commercial initiatives, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a RevOps or commercial operations role, ideally in a fast-paced digital or marketplace environment.
• Strong evidence of a commercial mindset and goal orientated approach.
• Detailed understanding of how to maximize leverage from CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and a passion for automating processes and utilizing AI to unlock insights.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in business modelling, dashboards, and familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Looker or BigQuery.
• A strong quantitative foundation.
