UAT QA Junior Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Design and improve UAT test cases, including regressions.
• Run test cases to certify builds, new features, and stories/releases.
• Contribute to writing automated tests for backend systems.
• Evaluate usability and functionality, performing functional, backend, data-driven, UAT, and REST API testing.
• Assess and improve working methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.

Requirements

• Education in IT or Computer Science is desirable.
• Some experience with SQL (basic queries) and Python (basic level).
• Practical experience with XML, JSON, and web concepts like REST APIs.
• Fast learner and flexible with testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Agile development and testing principles.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model as a fulltime employee in Cracow city center based office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in Property and Auto Insurances underwriting.
• Jira Experience to manage and track tasks.
• Automation Experience (JMeter, Postman, Playwright).
