What you will do

• Lead technical design and implementation of AI systems with a focus on agentic frameworks.
• Define best practices for scalable, secure, ethical AI solutions.
• Guide integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Support pre-sales, client workshops, and contribute to thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and shape the internal AI capability.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, multi-agent coordination, and decision-making frameworks.
• Ability to architect complex, distributed systems integrating AI components.
• Python programming skills; experience with Infrastructure as Code desirable.
• Strong communication skills and experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience required.
