What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for customers hosting retreats and meetings.
- Run discovery calls, demos, and pricing negotiations with confidence.
- Act as the voice of the customer, bringing direct feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Master AI capabilities and integrations to speak fluently about technology solutions.
- Refine CRM workflows, pipeline management, and outbound playbooks.
- Target personas in People Teams, Executive Assistants, Marketing/Events teams, and agencies.
Requirements
- Proven Closer: You have a track record of closing deals in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally SMB to Mid-Market).
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach, with an expectation of 70–100 client contacts per day.
- Adaptable and thrive in ambiguity, comfortable selling a rapidly evolving product.
- Product-minded with strong intuition and the ability to tailor messaging based on different buyer personas.
- Scrappy and proactive with extreme ownership of your pipeline, motivated by the challenge of building a category from scratch.
Nice to have
- Top 10% performer (President’s Club experience is a major plus).
- Experience selling to HR, Operations, Marketing, or Event teams.
- Early stage experience in a "zero-to-one" startup sales environment.
- Technical comfort working closely with product and engineering teams.
