TL;DR

Senior GTM Strategy Analyst: Building the foundation for how hirify.global plans, measures, and scales growth across its go-to-market organization, partnering with commercial VPs to ensure decisions are data-informed and strategically aligned. Focus on driving strategic planning, performance analysis, and business casing in EMEA and APAC regions.

What you will do

  • Support VPs and Commercial Directors in defining quarterly targets, capacity models, and operating plans.
  • Refine standardized frameworks for planning, forecasting, and business reviews, aligning top-down goals with bottom-up execution.
  • Analyze GTM performance against targets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across funnel stages and segments.
  • Build and maintain capacity and productivity models to inform resourcing and target-setting, providing actionable insights for regional strategies.
  • Structure and quantify business cases for strategic initiatives such as pricing changes or new market entry.
  • Conduct sensitivity and ROI analyses to evaluate trade-offs and guide investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Analytical Experience: 6+ years experience, with at least 3 years in GTM, Strategy, FP&A, or consulting roles, demonstrating strong modeling and data analysis skills (Excel or BI tools).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business goals to execution frameworks and define GTM levers that drive growth.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, including pipeline coverage, retention levers, and unit economics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record influencing senior commercial leaders through data-driven storytelling.
  • Structured Problem-Solving: Ability to frame ambiguous problems into logical, actionable recommendations.
  • Execution Through Others: Effectively partners with Sales Ops and Account Ops to translate strategy into execution.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into concise, executive-ready written and visual materials.
