What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed activity and pipeline goals.
• Partner with RevOps and Sales Development Leadership to implement lead strategies and support segmentation goals.
• Monitor SDR performance metrics, diagnose gaps, and implement individualized improvement plans.
• Share insights from your team to influence outreach strategies, messaging, and process enhancements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales; previous SDR management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B software and outbound prospecting fundamentals, especially cold calling.
• Track record of helping teams consistently meet or exceed goals.
• Analytical, data-informed approach to diagnosing performance and coaching improvements.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for developing people.
