What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions between enterprise systems and external platforms such as CRM, e-commerce, logistics, and finance.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data integrity standards across integrations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 5 years managing integration projects.
• Strong background in delivering complex, multi-system integration initiatives.
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile.
• Familiarity with integration technologies including APIs, middleware, and ESB.
• Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
