TL;DR

Account Executive: Identifying and qualifying new prospects and managing sales pipeline for eLearning solutions with an accent on consultative sales approach, proposal development, and complex negotiations. Focus on generating new accounts and closing sales opportunities in the SaaS market.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 base, $160,000 - $180,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new logo prospects through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Create and manage prospecting initiatives to generate qualified opportunities and build sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-level qualifying conversations with core audience using video conferencing or phone.
  • Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and conduct sales presentations online and in person.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet monthly/quarterly/annual quota requirements.
  • Navigate complex negotiations at an executive level and close sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven new business hunter with a track record of success (2+ Years).
  • SaaS software sales experience.
  • Strong prospecting and qualification skills.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or IT-related discipline.
  • Exceptional sales fundamental skills including needs diagnosis, storytelling, and objection handling.
  • Working knowledge of a sales methodology and ability to manage territory and pipeline within Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
