What you will do

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Develop and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking systems like Jira.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX, exploratory, and automated testing.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer with exposure to test automation.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) and understanding of SQL and APIs for testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile team.
