What you will do

• Contribute to backend development for day-to-day delivery and long-term technical direction.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help evolve the platform.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support larger customers and higher scale.
• For Team Points: Improve performance, adapt to event-driven architecture, and evolve loyalty features like vouchers and rewards.
• For Team Omni-commerce: Build API-intensive, scalable solutions for transactions, receipts, and orders with a strong focus on data quality.

Requirements

• Senior backend developer experience, enjoying complex systems and architectural discussions.
• Understanding of event-driven systems and building solutions that scale and perform under real-world load.
• Primary coding experience in C# and SQL.
• Solid engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and adaptability.
• Comfortable collaborating with PMs, designers, and engineering colleagues, and participating in discovery work.
• Eligibility to work in the EU without limitations is required.
