What you will do

• Source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles using various tools.
• Conduct interviews and manage the full interviewing process, including feedback delivery.
• Manage and develop relationships with candidates, maintaining a candidate database.
• Create job offers and ensure proper employment processes as a resident of Diia.City.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (game dev will be a plus).
• Experience with various recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level required.
