What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and refine requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
- Plan and coordinate sprints, ensuring timely and goal-oriented delivery.
- Define acceptance criteria and supporting sprint reviews.
- Take ownership of feature validation, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain transparency on project progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry and international projects.
- 3+ years of working in a DevOps environment.
- Prior experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a good command of English.
- Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.
- Applicants should demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
