Analytics & AI Engineer (AI): Building and deploying cutting-edge AI systems from design to integration into customer-facing products with an accent on enterprise production applications, ML, LLMs, and GenAI. Focus on designing and implementing robust ETL/ELT pipelines, developing context-aware AI agents, and optimizing AI models for performance and scalability.

Location: Warsaw, Poland. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy ML, LLM, and GenAI solutions for enterprise production applications.
• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate AI models into production systems.
• Implement GenAI components like LLMs, RAGs, and AI agents to solve complex business problems.
• Develop context-aware AI agents and optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps for automated training, validation, guardrails, deployment, and model retraining.
• Collaborate with data science, POs, and IT teams to define requirements into implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning roles with a strong AI focus.
• Hands-on experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
• Extensive experience in working with LLMs (Transformer architecture, RAG, embeddings, prompting techniques, agent systems).
• Expert-level Python, LangChain/Llamaindex, FastAPI, and SQL skills.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, ETL pipelines, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Git, MLflow, Airflow/KubeFlow, and architectural thinking.
