What you will do

• Bridge research and product by translating AI research into prototypes and product opportunities.
• Build evaluation systems to measure model quality, safety, and utility in healthcare.
• Ship prototypes rapidly, experimenting with agent architectures and interaction paradigms.
• Drive decisions with data, presenting actionable recommendations to leadership and product teams.
• Lead through expertise, staying current with AI research and healthcare applications.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building in AI/ML with strong technical fundamentals.
• Deep LLM expertise: evaluation frameworks, RLHF, model training pipelines, and agent architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND significant Python programming experience / machine learning research.
• Proven track record of building LLM agents and applications—from prompt engineering to production deployment.
• Experience shipping 0-to-1 prototypes that influenced product decisions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts across research, engineering, and product teams.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining high quality standards.
• Knowledge of AI safety and responsible AI practices.
